Energy healing is when a healer uses the universal energy/ divine energy of the highest source to balance the mind, body, and soul, as well as stimulate the body's own natural healing ability.

What is Energy Healing?

We are all made of energy! Your physical body is a vibrant vessel of energy. It is always connected with your emotional, mental, and spiritual health. As we walk through this life with our experiences, our energy often gets blocked and grows weak. Imagine a vibrant river, and as time passes, stones, leaves, and sticks roll into the river, changing and blocking the flow. If it's not cleared once in a while, the river will become stagnant and unhealthy. This is just like in our bodies. We grow tired, and our body finds it difficult to heal itself. You see, our body is able to heal itself beautifully, when it is flowing freely.

During the energy healing, if you come in person, you will lie comfortably and fully dressed on the massage table. For my online sessions, I simply visualize you there. I use my hands to work above and around your body, where your energy field is located, clearing blockages and revitalizing the flow of energy. This will help to return you to a more balanced, harmonious, and relaxed state. This is your natural state!

What is your body trying to tell you?

Your body tells a story, and it wants you to listen. But most of us are completely unaware of this and think we are victims of our physical conditions.

When you are exposed to prolonged stress, it will eventually show up in your body. Unresolved trauma will eventually manifest in your body. Our suppressed emotions and feelings are stored within our bodies.

Energy healing removes blockages and allows your body to return to a harmonious and balanced state. It also helps to center you emotionally and mentally.

Emotional Intelligence?

Most of us have never learned 'Emotional Intelligence'. We have been taught to be tough and strong, pushing away our fears, anger, sadness, and any uncomfortable feelings. Unfortunately, when we do not acknowledge and process these emotions, they eventually become physical conditions, if ignored for too long.

When you come for an energy healing, we will spend some time talking about how to keep your body in a harmonious, balanced state. This involves becoming more aware of your feelings and allowing yourself to be authentically you. I will talk you through what is right for you and the best way to move forward more centered and healthy.
