Your QHHT Session
What to expect!
Sessions are done in person in my home/office in Golden Bay, New Zealand.
Please check my location (below) before you book.
Due to the long distance to get here, I also offer Sessions in Takaka and Nelson for an extra charge and on specific days.
The session takes 4–6 hours and will consist of three parts: an interview, the regression part, and a short conversation about the session itself. It's important for us to take our time and not rush, so that you will get the most out of your session.
The session is completely private and confidential, and the conversation is only between you and me. No one else is permitted to be present during your session. Usually one session is enough, as you will feel the benefit and the information will support you for a long time. Also, you will be provided with an audio recording of the session.
On the day of your appointment, you will have a list of questions ready, that you would like to have answered by your Higher Self. I will explain the bigger part of you that can also be called the 'Subconscious', 'Inner Wisdom', 'Oversoul', 'Higher Consciousness', and 'Universal Mind'.

The Session Structure
The INTERVIEW can take 2 hours or more. This is when I get to know all about you. We will have an intimate and confidential conversation all about you and your life. The better I get to know you, the better I can guide you through your unique experience and give you the answers you seek.
During your 2-hour REGRESSION you will be guided into a deep, relaxed state of mind (Theta). This is the condition you are in every day in the morning, when you get out of sleep, and in the evening shortly before you fall asleep. It is a very creative state where you can explore and communicate with deeper levels of consciousness. Allow yourself to accept what you sense (see, hear, smell, know, and feel), and then the session will be smooth and successful.
Just enjoy the experience and let the universe take care of the details.
AFTER THE SESSION: a short conversation about the session itself, what you have experienced, and how you perceived the session.
It's best to eat something after the session and go for a walk to "ground" you. You will feel refreshed and replenished, just as though you had a nice nap, but still plan the rest of the day in a way that does not require much concentration or physical hard work.
For three days after the session, you have direct contact with your subconscious, so be aware that your subconscious will find it easier to communicate with you through dreams, feelings, or meditation. This varies from person to person.
No Expectations
Be open to a new Experience!
Each hypnosis session is totally unique to each individual, and you will experience exactly what you need. Release any expectation of what you should feel like when you're in a hypnotic trance or what your session will be like. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and I am simply the facilitator, the guide through the experience.
- Hypnosis is NOT sleep. You will be wide awake and aware during your whole experience.
- You are NEVER unconscious. Since hypnosis is NOT SLEEP, it doesn't feel like a dream you wake up from and then forget.
- It feels more like a daydream, and the majority of people know exactly what they're saying at all times and remember mostly everything.
- Most people think they're making it all up. That's normal because imagination is the key to accessing information from the subconscious and unconscious. Hypnosis is a normal, altered state of focused awareness. Just enjoy the experience and let your soul guide you.

Think about what you want to get out of your session. How do you want to feel when you walk out of my office?
List of Questions
Write down your list of questions. Ask anything that is in your heart. This is your opportunity to receive the answers you've always wanted.
No alcohol or drugs
Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs 72 hours before the session.
Bring a snack & eat well
Eat well before you arrive for the session, and bring a snack for yourself to have before or after the hypnosis part of the session.
Be Comfortable
Wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothes for the session.
Relax
Meditation and relaxation helps empty your mind. Before the session do something that you find calming. Go for a walk, read a book!
Trust
Trust that all will be for your highest good, without expectation of the outcome.
